We recommend drinking our teas once you have finished breastfeeding. The process of flushing your system out can be quite dehydrating which could affect your milk supply. It is always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before consuming any dietary supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Extended delays can also occur during the months of February-April and November-December.

As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the postage site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.

Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.

Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

Also, please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

Our detox tea blend should only be used in the short term to clear out your system. As a rule, we recommend detoxing seasonally 4 times a year in evenly spaced out intervals or prior to specific events.

We recommend leaving at least 7-14 days between every 14 day pack.

Long term use is not recommended and you should consult your GP if you intend to use our detox tea longer than directed (14 days). The Slim Tea can be consumed like any other store bought tea as long as you are feeling good. We urge you to listen to your body and only breaks every 3 months are recommended with the Slim Tea.

Email us ASAP (like seriously) at support@notanotherdetoxtea.com and we will do everything we can to update this for you. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes.

If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. This is partly due to the fact that most times we process orders during non business days/hours to ensure fast shipping.

As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can't make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won't be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.

If the order has not shipped and we can accommodate a cancellation, refunds can take up to 14 business days to process. We can only ship to the address entered in at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email support@notanotherdetoxtea.com immediately.
