What are the Not Another Detox Tea Programs?
The Not Another Detox Tea Programs are an integrated wellness solution combining an eating guide, workout plan and detox tea herbal product.
What is Not Another Detox Tea tea?
The Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea is not a food substitute. For maximum health benefits it should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and appropriate exercise program, such as our Not Another Detox Tea Program – nutrition guide and workout plan. The Not Another Detox Tea includes just a one-step evening cleanse to be taken at night right before bed.
Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea is not a long-term product – use it to detox for a maximum of 14-20 days at the start of the program. However, our Not Another Detox Tea Program – nutrition guide and workout plan are intended for long-term use. In fact, they provide the most benefit when applied long-term.
You should drink plenty of water (at least 10 cups per day) while using the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea.
The contraceptive pill & other medication
Before commencing a Not Another Detox Tea Program, always check with a healthcare practitioner when you are taking medications or have any medical conditions. If you experience any adverse reaction to any of the SkinnyMe products, stop using the product immediately and see your healthcare practitioner.
Taking the contraceptive pill in the evening, while using the evening Cleanse, may render the contraceptive pill ineffective. Therefore, we recommend that you take the contraceptive pill at least two hours before the evening Cleanse, subject to any other recommendation provided by your health practitioner. Please contact us, and your health care practitioner, immediately if you are unwell after taking the evening Cleanse.
Who shouldn’t use Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea?
Everybody is different in how they will react to the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea. It is not for everybody. If your body reacts adversely to the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea stop using the product immediately. You should not use the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea if you are:
- under 18 years of age;
- pregnant;
- breastfeeding; or
- suffering from a serious medical condition.
Do not use the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea for longer than 14-20 days at a time and ensure that you always take a two week break in between any of our programs. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, or if you develop diarrhoea. See your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
Effect of Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea
The evening cleanse component of the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea includes Senna, which contains hydroxyanthracene glycosides. It has a laxative effect. Make sure you stay well hydrated throughout your herbal detox and are getting enough electrolytes. Dehydration will not aid your health or weight loss journey! We strongly recommend the use of an electrolyte supplement such as 'gastrolyte' (coconut water is a great natural alternative) for the duration of your herbal detox.
You should ensure that you have ready access to a toilet until you know how your body reacts to the Not Another Detox Tea herbal tea.
If symptoms of discomfort or cramping appear, stop using the product. If symptoms are severe, see your healthcare practitioner.
Weight Loss
Results from the Not Another Detox Tea Programs may vary. Causes for being overweight or obese vary from person to person. Whether genetic or environmental, it should be noted that food intake, rates of metabolism and levels of exercise and physical exertion vary from person to person. This means weight loss results will also vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical.

Our eating and exercise guides provide suggestions for a balanced diet and exercise program for you to use with your Not Another Detox Tea herbal detox. Of course these are general suggestions only. Everybody is different. Your personal requirements may differ and you should use your judgment when determining what is right for you. I have been drinking the detox tea every night before bed for 5 weeks and I feel less bloated, bowel movements add more regular, I have good sleeps and I’m in a better mood. I haven’t done any huge workouts just light walking twice a week. But can see less puffiness on my face and waist.

I wanted to track how much weight and bloat I could get rid of and I was amazed by just 1 days use of having the herbal tea and the detox tea. I took my photo before I had the detox on a Tuesday night. The next day I woke up and had my herbal tea went about my day had my afternoon herbal tea, came home after work did a workout had my dinner had my detox tea and went to bed. Woke up on Thursday morning and took another progress photo I was shook at the results after comparing my photos and my weights. I love the tea but the only thing is while it was sealed in its packet the pink package it was brownish on the tea bag seal is this ok. I never opened the plastic seal. My other orders it was never that colour is this normal
