Shipping Policy

At Not Another Detox Tea, we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please read the following information carefully as it outlines our shipping terms and eligibility for refunds or replacements.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS (Australia Post)
If Australia Post attempts delivery and you are not home, your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post collection point or post office. You will receive an email with collection details, and you must collect your package within 10 days. 
If you authorise delivery when you are not home and your package is marked as "delivered" by Australia Post but is lost or stolen, you are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please do not select this option if you are not willing to accept the risk of theft or loss.
If the address provided is invalid or incomplete, or you fail to collect your package within 10 days, it will be returned-to-sender (RTS).
If this occurs, please contact us at support@notanotherdetoxtea.com with your order number.
If the address provided was incorrect, we can resend your order. You will be invoiced for the Australia Post return fee, reshipping costs, and handling.
If you would prefer a refund, it will be issued less the original shipping and handling fees and any costs incurred by Australia Post for returning the product to our warehouse.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS (NZ Post)
We offer Shipping Protection for $4.50AUD, which requires a signature on delivery:
If you select this option and are not home, your package will be taken to the nearest NZ Post location.
You will receive an email with instructions to collect your package within 10 days.
If you do not pay for Shipping Protection and your package is marked as "delivered" by NZ Post but is lost or stolen, you are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING OR UNDELIVERABLE
Contact the shipping carrier (Australia Post or NZ Post) immediately to confirm your delivery address and begin an investigation.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER ORDERS
Orders returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels will incur additional costs for reshipping.
If you prefer a refund for a returned-to-sender order, it will be issued less the original shipping and handling fees and any return costs incurred by the carrier.

FINAL REMINDER
Please double-check your delivery address and choose the shipping option that best suits your availability. We want to avoid any disappointment or additional fees due to missed deliveries or lost packages.

How do I track my order?

All Not Another Detox Tea orders are shipped with full order tracking. There are no exceptions to this.

You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check its whereabouts at ALL times.


How long does ordering processing take?

Your order will usually be processed on the same or next business day. Whether it’s same or next business day depends on the time of your order. Generally speaking, orders before 12pm will be processed same day. Orders after 12pm are generally processed the following.

This happens in 95% of cases. Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases. If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the NEXT business day. Orders are NOT processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on weekend days.


When I should expect my delivery if I am located in Australia?

This depends on the shipping service you choose, as well as your location. 

We have 2 options you can choose from. Here are all the details you need to make the right decision for you:

#1: Regular shipping

Takes 5-10 business days for your package on average to arrive, depending on your location. 

Deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney are generally 3-5 business days. If you live in Western Australia or Northern Territory, this may take up to 9 days max. 

You can track your package every step of the way. 

#2: Express shipping

Takes 1-3 business days on average for your package to arrive, depending on your location. 

Deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney are generally 1-2 business days. If you live in Western Australia or Northern Territory, this may take up to 5 days max. 

You can track your package every step of the way.   

Please keep in mind that once the parcel leaves our warehouse we don’t have any control over when it will arrive. Sometimes it’s super fast and other times it can be delayed.  

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but because we ship with third party carriers once it’s with the courier it is out of our hands.

So we just need to wait. However, we rarely experience any significant delays. If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender or missing please contact us via email to our dedicated customer service account: support@notanotherdetoxtea.com so we can provide the fastest possible response, please provide your order number and the actual name you ordered with.

All queries will be responded to within 48 hours. However, you will likely receive a response much faster on weekdays. Please note that our customer service is not manned on weekends so you will not receive a response until the next business day.

Whilst we endeavour to provide assistance super fast, we will not tolerate abuse or customers who send three messages within a day regarding the same matter. Anyone who does this with will be placed at the back of the queue.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

We want to make sure you receive your Not Another Detox Tea products ASAP, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and right contact name of the person who will be able to receive it at the time of purchase. This is your responsibility.

If you make a mistake, or things change, contact us immediately and we may be able to modify your order if it hasn’t already been fulfilled. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll do our best for you!

Please note that we get charged $9.00 by our warehouse for providing incorrect addresses because it creates a lot of extra hassle and slows down the efficiency of the warehouse. If you provide us with the wrong address, you will incur this $9.00 charge before we make the change.


When should I expect my delivery if I’m outside Australia?

Deliveries to international destinations outside Australia typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, although it’s possible for them to arrive even sooner.

Please note that once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the exact arrival time is beyond our control.

The delivery speed can vary, as it depends on several factors related to the carrier, such as traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, incorrect addresses and/or customs processes in your country of residence.

These factors and others not listed can significantly affect the prompt delivery of packages, and unfortunately, these circumstances are not within our purview.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
