Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

However, there are a small number of countries we are currently unable to ship to due to ongoing postal reliability issues and high rates of lost or undelivered packages. These include:

Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, North Korea, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Our priority is providing the best possible delivery experience for our customers. Based on past shipping performance, we have found that deliveries to these locations are often inconsistent, which is why we have temporarily paused shipping to them.

If multiple packs, bundles, or bulk quantities are purchased, only the first pack of each tea is eligible for a refund.

Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds.

Orders purchased during sales, promotional events, or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. This is partly due to the fact that most times we process orders during non business days/hours to ensure fast shipping.

As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can't make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won't be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.

If the order has not shipped and we can accommodate a cancellation, refunds can take up to 14 business days to process. We can only ship to the address entered in at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email support@notanotherdetoxtea.com immediately.
