Australia: dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse the next business day. Express takes 1 to 3 business days (WA and NT up to 7), standard 5 to 10. Free shipping over $115.

New Zealand: standard tracked post, 6 to 10 business days, $15.99 NZD and free over $135 NZD. Express post, 4 to 6 business days, $24.99 NZD and free over $250 NZD. DHL Express, 2 to 4 business days, $44.99 NZD. USA: DHL Express, 2 to 4 business days, free over $149 USD with duties prepaid at checkout. Everywhere else: tracked post in 7 to 15 business days, or DHL Express.

Once your parcel leaves us the carrier sets the pace, so dates are estimates. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships and updates within 24 to 48 hours.

To most countries, with rates calculated at checkout. We have paused shipping to Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Mexico, North Korea, Peru, Russia, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen because deliveries there have been unreliable.

Please write your address in English without accent marks. If an address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, a reshipping fee applies.

You will get a shipping email with your tracking number and link. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update. Busy periods such as sales and launches can add a day or two to processing.

No tracking email after 3 business days? Check your junk folder first, then email support@notanotherdetoxtea.com and we will chase it.

Email support@notanotherdetoxtea.com as soon as you can, ideally the same day. We often pack orders outside business hours to ship fast, so we cannot guarantee a change once the day has passed. Once a parcel has shipped, the address and contents cannot be altered.

If we can cancel before shipping, the refund lands in 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank.

Women who want less bloating, more regular digestion, fewer cravings and steadier energy, from a gentle ritual rather than a harsh flush. Detox is the nightly reset, Slim the morning cup. Tiddy Tea is made for breastfeeding mums. All of our teas are for adults.

Detox and Slim are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Tiddy Tea is our blend for feeding mums. If you are on medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor or midwife first.

Detox works overnight: most women visit the bathroom within 8 to 10 hours of their first cup and feel lighter within the first week. Slim's effect on cravings is usually felt within about 72 hours. A longer steep is stronger, so start at 10 to 15 minutes and adjust. Drink about two litres of water a day while you reset.

Detox: 14 nights, then rest for 7 to 14 days before your next pack. Think of it as a reset you repeat, not an everyday tea. If you plan to go longer than directed, check with your GP. Slim: daily, like any other tea, with a short break every three months. Listen to your body.

Our teas are made for adults. Under 18s need a parent's permission to order, and we do not recommend the ritual for growing bodies.

Drink the tea as directed for the full 14 days. If you feel nothing, email support@notanotherdetoxtea.com within 30 days of your first order with your name and order number, and we refund your first pack of each tea. No return needed.

It covers first-time orders at full price or with a welcome code of 10% or less. Sale orders, larger discount codes and subscription renewals are not covered, and original shipping is deducted. Australian Consumer Law applies to every order.

Only some products offer a subscription, and it is never the default. If you did choose it, you can skip, pause, swap or cancel in your portal up to 48 hours before the next delivery ships. We email you before every renewal.

Refunds are processed within a few days of approval and show in your account in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
