Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all recurring product subscriptions purchased via our Shopify store using Recharge Payments ("Subscription Program"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

 


 

1. Subscription Program Overview

Our Subscription Program allows customers to receive recurring deliveries of selected products at a chosen frequency (e.g. 90 days).

Subscriptions are managed through our third-party subscription platform, APPSLTE.

By enrolling, you authorise Not Another Detox Tea to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the selected recurring interval unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

There is no lock-in contract.

 


 

2. Automatic Billing & Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at your selected frequency.

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged on your renewal date.

  • You will receive an order confirmation after each successful renewal.

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you provide ongoing authorisation for recurring payments unless cancelled.

 


 

3. No Refund Policy (Subscription Orders)

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date

  • Unused product

  • Dissatisfaction after shipment

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your rights relating to faulty goods.

 


 

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

  • Your Appstle customer portal

  • Or by contacting our customer support team

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

If cancellation occurs after the billing date:

  • The order will proceed

  • No refund will be issued

  • The subscription will be cancelled moving forward

We are not responsible for failure to cancel prior to the renewal deadline.

 


 

5. Subscription Changes

Customers may update:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Shipping address

  • Payment details

  • Product selection (if applicable)

  • Pause subscription

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

 


 

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Recharge may automatically retry the charge

  • Your subscription may be paused

  • We may contact you to update payment details

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions with repeated failed payments.

 


 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, OR parcel is not collected from the post office or collection point and is returned to the warehouse, additional shipping fees may apply.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

 


 

8. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time.

Customers will receive reasonable notice of any material pricing changes prior to renewal. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

 


 

9. Promotional Offers & Discounted Subscriptions

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Introductory pricing

  • Discounted subscription rates

  • Limited-time subscription promotions

These offers may:

  • Apply only to initial billing cycles

  • Be withdrawn at any time

  • Not be combined unless stated

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional pricing.

 


 

10. Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Delay shipment

  • Substitute with a comparable product (where appropriate)

  • Cancel the affected order

You will be notified of significant changes.

 


 

11. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results may vary.

Customers should consult a healthcare professional prior to use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

 


 

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is found to be faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

 


 

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the matter:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the subscription

  • We may refuse future service

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

This clause does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

15. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions at our discretion in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Policy abuse

  • Excessive chargebacks

  • Breach of these Terms

 


 

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
