Our 28 Day Tiddy Tea is made with a unique blend of 5 premium herbs, traditionally enjoyed in South Asian and Ayurvedic postpartum rituals for their nourishing and comforting qualities.
This blend includes Moringa, Banana Blossom, Jujube, Ginger, and Pandan — ingredients long valued for their natural ability to replenish, restore, and provide a sense of balance after birth.
Crafted to be part of your daily self-care, each cup offers a soothing and grounding ritual designed to support mothers in feeling cared for during this special chapter.
For Increasing milk supply:For best results, infuse 1 tea bag in a cup of water for 20-30mins. Drink 2-3 cups of tea per day until you are happy with your supply and then you can reduce to 1-2 cups to maintain a healthy supply and support postpartum healing.
For Postpartum healing and maintaining a healthy milk supply:For best results infuse 1 tea bag in a cup of water for 20-30mins. Drink 1-2 cups per day
Postpartum recovery, hormonal fluctuations, and exhaustion can make it challenging to feel balanced both physically and emotionally. Our tea supports natural milk production, replenishes vital nutrients, and promotes gentle digestion while helping to calm the nervous system and uplift mood. Rich in traditional herbs used across generations in South Asian postpartum care, this nourishing blend supports both mum and bub from the inside out.
This natural wellness blend has helped countless mothers boost their milk supply, support recovery, and feel more like themselves again — one cup at a time.
Our Lactation & Postpartum Tea has a smooth, earthy taste reminiscent of traditional Asian herbal teas, made from a nourishing blend of flowers, leaves, and roots. While this Thai remedial tea was created with healing in mind—not flavour—it’s surprisingly pleasant and has actually been voted our best-tasting blend yet. Its naturally calming aroma and gentle flavour profile make it easy to sip daily, even for those who aren’t typically tea drinkers.
We’ve found that:
- 97% of women noticed an increase in milk supply*
- 89% of women found they felt more calm and enjoyed improved digestion*
- 95% of women will buy again + recommend to a friend*
Whether you’re navigating the early days of postpartum or embracing your breastfeeding journey, our Tiddy Tea is crafted to be a comforting part of your daily ritual. Each cup offers a soothing moment to pause, replenish, and reconnect with yourself during this special season of motherhood.
Our carefully selected blend of herbs has been traditionally enjoyed in many cultures for their nurturing qualities — bringing a sense of calm, balance, and warmth. You can expect a gentle, grounding tea experience that supports your overall feeling of well-being, leaving you more at ease and cared for as you nourish both yourself and your baby.

To the incredible team at NADT, thank you for helping me rebuild myself—inside and out. Seeing 8kg gone in just 14 days and watching my tummy shrink has given me a confidence I haven't felt in a long time. Last year was tough, and my weight became something that made me doubt myself. But today, I'm in a completely different mindset. I feel stronger, healthier, and more determined than ever. This journey has been about so much more than the number on the scale—it's about finding me again. I'm so grateful for the support, encouragement, and this amazing community. And I'm not stopping here—I'm just getting started 💥🤩

It’s helped me get my confidence back so much
I wanted to track how much weight and bloat I could get rid of and I was amazed by just 1 days use of having the herbal tea and the detox tea. I took my photo before I had the detox on a Tuesday night. The next day I woke up and had my herbal tea went about my day had my afternoon herbal tea, came home after work did a workout had my dinner had my detox tea and went to bed. Woke up on Thursday morning and took another progress photo I was shook at the results after comparing my photos and my weights. Would definitely recommend taste is great on the sweeter side but hey if it works not much to complain about. 10 outta 10

Not Another TIDDY TEA is for any mum who wants to start her healing ritual postpartum. Our Tiddy Tea helps to boost milk supply and enhance its quality. Providing vital nutrients for mum and baby. This Ayurvedic tea is commonly used in South East Asian postpartum clinics to support milk production and postpartum healing.
We recommend starting your healing ritual once you have given birth. Our tea is clean, light and breastfeeding safe. We only use the best ingredients to support mum abd bub during the 4th trimester. We do recommend consulting with your medical professional if you have any allergies or issues with any of our ingredients before drinking. We do not recommend you start drinking th tea while still pregnant.
Individual results vary but most experince an increase in milk supply within the first week and notice their body healing within the first 2 weeks. We recommend strating with 1 cup in the morning and see how your supply is and drink a second cup later in the day if needed. You may need to drink more in the first few days to increase supply then taper off to 1 cup a day for maintenance after.
