This statement outlines the NADTEA PTY LTD ("NADT") policy on how NADT uses and manages personal information provided to or collected by it.
Not Another Detox Tea is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act and is compliant with the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012. For customers in the United States, we also aim to honour the rights described in the United States Customers section below.
NADT may, from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy to take account of new laws and technology, changes to NADT's operations and practices and to make sure it remains appropriate to the changing business environment.
The type of information NADT collects and holds includes (but is not limited to) personal information, including sensitive information, as follows: name, address, email and phone numbers of people ordering our product; and if you have contacted us via Instagram then we ask for your Instagram name in relation to your feedback. We will ask you at the time of collecting whether you want to provide a before and after photo and some written information about your experience with the products and programs.
We will place you on the mailing list and collect your personal information when you respond to any pop ups on our website which invite you to join the mailing list.
NADT will generally collect personal information from the website ordering or from any feedback you give via Instagram. All information is collected electronically through our website through Shopify. Customer service staff will ask for your information when you have sent in feedback. If you tag us on social media or like us on Facebook then you are deemed to have provided that content, including any photographs, to us. If we re-tweet your tweet you are deemed to have provided that tweet to us.
NADT will use personal information it collects from you for the primary purpose of collection, and for such other secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose of collection and reasonably expected, or to which you have consented.
Purposes of collection: NADT's primary purposes of collection are to facilitate and complete any order that you have for our products and programs and to be able to deliver this to you and in relation to any feedback on Instagram. We will use your personal information for marketing purposes where you have consented.
In relation to personal information of job applicants, staff members and contractors, NADT's primary purpose of collection is to assess and (if successful) to engage the applicant, staff member or contractor, as the case may be.
The purposes for which NADT uses personal information of job applicants, staff members and contractors include: administering the individual's employment or contract; for insurance purposes; and to satisfy NADT's legal obligations, for example, in relation to legislative requirements.
Where NADT receives unsolicited job applications these will be dealt with in accordance with the unsolicited personal information requirements of the Privacy Act.
In relation to employee records: Under the Privacy Act the Australian Privacy Principles do not apply to an employee record. As a result, this Privacy Policy does not apply to NADT's treatment of an employee record, where the treatment is directly related to a current or former employment relationship between NADT and employee.
We use Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing. You can unsubscribe from any mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by replying STOP to any marketing text message, and we will provide you with an opt out.

NADT does not sell your personal information for money. NADT endeavours to ensure that the personal information it holds is accurate, complete and up-to-date. A person may seek to update their personal information held by NADT by contacting the CEO of NADT at any time.
The Australian Privacy Principles and the Health Privacy Principles require NADT not to store personal information longer than necessary. You have the right to check what personal information NADT holds about you.
Under the Commonwealth Privacy Act, an individual has the right to obtain access to any personal information which NADT holds about them and to advise NADT of any perceived inaccuracy. There are some exceptions to this right set out in the applicable legislation. To make a request to access any information NADT holds about you, please contact the CEO in writing.
NADT may require you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. Although no fee will be charged for accessing your personal information or making a correction, NADT may charge a fee to retrieve and copy any material. If the information sought is extensive, NADT will advise the likely cost in advance.
We will be entitled in some circumstances to refuse access and if we do so, we will consider whether a mutually agreed intermediary will allow sufficient access to meet your needs and ours.

I have been drinking the detox tea every night before bed for 5 weeks and I feel less bloated, bowel movements add more regular, I have good sleeps and I’m in a better mood. I haven’t done any huge workouts just light walking twice a week. But can see less puffiness on my face and waist.

I wanted to track how much weight and bloat I could get rid of and I was amazed by just 1 days use of having the herbal tea and the detox tea. I took my photo before I had the detox on a Tuesday night. The next day I woke up and had my herbal tea went about my day had my afternoon herbal tea, came home after work did a workout had my dinner had my detox tea and went to bed. Woke up on Thursday morning and took another progress photo I was shook at the results after comparing my photos and my weights. I love the tea but the only thing is while it was sealed in its packet the pink package it was brownish on the tea bag seal is this ok. I never opened the plastic seal. My other orders it was never that colour is this normal
