At Not Another Detox Tea, we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please read the following information carefully as it outlines our shipping terms and eligibility for refunds or replacements.
If Australia Post attempts delivery and you are not home, your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post collection point or post office. You will receive an email with collection details, and you must collect your package within 10 days.
If you authorise delivery when you are not home and your package is marked as "delivered" by Australia Post but is lost or stolen, you are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement. Please do not select this option if you are not willing to accept the risk of theft or loss.
If the address provided is invalid or incomplete, or you fail to collect your package within 10 days, it will be returned-to-sender (RTS). If this occurs, please contact us at support@notanotherdetoxtea.com with your order number.
If the address provided was incorrect, we can resend your order. You will be invoiced for the Australia Post return fee, reshipping costs, and handling. If you would prefer a refund, it will be issued less the original shipping and handling fees and any costs incurred by Australia Post for returning the product to our warehouse.
We offer Shipping Protection for $4.50 AUD, which requires a signature on delivery. If you select this option and are not home, your package will be taken to the nearest NZ Post location, and you'll receive an email with instructions to collect within 10 days.
If you do not pay for Shipping Protection and your package is marked as "delivered" by NZ Post but is lost or stolen, you are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement.
US orders ship via DHL Express and typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, exact arrival time can vary slightly depending on the carrier, but DHL Express is fast and fully trackable every step of the way.
Shipping cost: Free on orders over $99 USD. Orders under $99 USD ship for a flat $19.99 USD.
US Customs & Duties: All applicable customs duties and import fees for US orders are included at checkout. What you pay at checkout is what you pay, full stop, no surprise charges on delivery.
For destinations not listed above, deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, though it's possible for them to arrive sooner. Delivery speed depends on carrier factors such as traffic congestion, weather, incorrect addresses, and customs processing in your country. Not Another Detox Tea is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees for these destinations, these are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Orders returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels will incur additional costs for reshipping. If you prefer a refund for a returned-to-sender order, it will be issued less the original shipping and handling fees and any return costs incurred by the carrier.
Please double-check your delivery address and choose the shipping option that best suits your availability. We want to avoid any disappointment or additional fees due to missed deliveries or lost packages.
All Not Another Detox Tea orders are shipped with full order tracking. There are no exceptions to this. You'll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check its whereabouts at all times.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (most ship same or next business day; please allow the full window during sales and restocks). Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
This depends on the shipping service you choose, as well as your location. We have 2 options:
#1: Regular shipping — takes 5-10 business days on average, depending on your location. Deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney are generally 3-5 business days; Western Australia or Northern Territory may take up to 9 days max.
#2: Express shipping — takes 1-3 business days on average, depending on your location. Deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney are generally 1-2 business days; Western Australia or Northern Territory may take up to 5 days max.
You can track your package every step of the way. Please keep in mind that once the parcel leaves our warehouse we don't have any control over when it will arrive, sometimes it's super fast and other times it can be delayed.
We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but once it's with the courier it is out of our hands. We rarely experience significant delays. If you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact support@notanotherdetoxtea.com with your order number and the name you ordered with.
All queries will be responded to within 48 hours, though you'll likely hear back faster on weekdays. Customer service is not manned on weekends. Please note we will not tolerate abuse or repeated messages within the same day regarding the same matter.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact name at the time of purchase, this is your responsibility. If you make a mistake, contact us immediately and we may be able to modify your order if it hasn't already been fulfilled. We can't make promises as we process and ship orders fast, but we'll do our best.
Please note we are charged $9.00 by our warehouse for providing incorrect addresses, as it creates extra handling. If you provide us with the wrong address, you will incur this $9.00 charge before we make the change.

I love the tea but the only thing is while it was sealed in its packet the pink package it was brownish on the tea bag seal is this ok. I never opened the plastic seal. My other orders it was never that colour is this normal
