Detox Tea best results: Simply steep one tea bag in hot water for 10-20 minutes BEFORE BED for 14 days and ensure you stay hydrated as it helps to flush your system during this detox. Ideally, the longer you steep the tea the better, but for first time users / beginners we recommend a shorter steep time and gradually working your way up to longer steep times (30min-1 hour) as your body gets used to the detox.



Slim Tea best results: We suggest drinking 2 x cups of tea per day for 14 days. 1 x first thing in the morning and 1 x mid afternoon.
